Course information
The course has been designed to enable learners to develop a substantial common core of knowledge in the first year, including Health and Safety in the Engineering Workplace, Engineering Principles, Product Design & Manufacture, Electrical Machines and Computer Aided Design.

Assessment consists of combination of internal assessments, which are set and marked by teachers, and external assessments which are set and marked by the exam board. You will complete two external assessments in year one and a further external assessment in year two.
