What are Adult Courses?

Adult courses are courses and qualifications for learners aged 19+. They range from leisure courses that support you learning a new skill or discovering a new hobby, through to qualifications that will enhance your career or help you forge a new career path.

Simply go to our course listing and find the course you would like to enrol on. Click to apply and add it to your basket. You will be prompted to create an account using your email (make sure to make a note of your username and password). Next you will need to complete the online application form and then press submit to complete your application. Our admissions team will then be in touch with you. Depending on the course you’ve applied for they may need to schedule an interview or ask for more information (if needed).

If you have a learning difficulty or disability our specialist Learning Support team are here to help you. Our friendly team of experts can provide help with literacy and numeracy, and can support other learning needs such as dyslexia and dyspraxia. They can help with time management, revision skills and essay writing, along with assistive technology and access arrangements.

If your employer is paying for your course, you will need to provide an official signed letter of authority from them confirming responsibility for your course fees. If your employer’s payment system requires it, you should also provide an official purchase order or project number. Your employer will be invoiced for your course fees after your enrolment. Please ensure you complete your employer’s details on your enrolment form. On some courses, employers can access funding to help with the cost of course fees.

We offer a range of courses across the Windsor Forest Colleges Group, and depending on the course you have completed, there may be progression opportunities available such as Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 or higher education courses.
