Course Overview

A perfect introduction to the basics of piping, including making the icing, filling a piping bag, and piping skills – rosettes, swirls, shells and scrolls. An introduction to the variety of piping nozzles and the range of designs they can create.
Each student will take home 6 decorated cupcakes in a presentation box.
