Our A Level PE students have been developing their understanding of leadership in sport, exploring key styles and theories including the work of Fred Fiedler and Dr Packianathan Chelladurai.
Last week, they put this knowledge into action with a trip to Escape Rooms Windsor. Working in small groups, students tackled a series of logical challenges designed to test their teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
We’re pleased to report that both groups rose to the challenge, successfully solving the puzzles and making their escape!
