Hayley Nash with Richard Branson
Hayley is now working as a Lounge Co-ordinator for Virgin Money, Edinburgh and says it is ‘A multi-faceted role requiring a range of communication and engagement skills including being of assistance to Virgin Money customers from both banking and hospitality perspectives. I need the ability to make value based judgements and decisions and to think on my feet to deliver the wow factor.’
Strode’s clearly prepared her for this! Hayley left Strode’s in July 2006 having won the Student of the Year Award. She left with BTEC Travel and Tourism Double Award, A level English Language and AS Media Studies as well as the Welcome Host customer service course, NCFE Cabin crew course, and qualifications in Spanish and Travel Destinations.
She joined Strode’s from The Matthew Arnold School in Staines where she had been Head Girl 2003/2004
Hayley has previously worked as an Events Co-ordinator and Cabin Crew for bmi on the London Heathrow/Edinburgh route.
