Students take a cultural tour of Granada
Strode’s A Level Spanish students took this fantastic opportunity to put their Spanish language skills in to play, by fully immersing themselves in the culture of the beautiful city, Granada.

The students enjoyed five action packed days of Spanish lessons in the morning and embarked on a variety of activities in the afternoon, including visiting the Alhambra, one of the wonders of Moorish Spain, learning how to flamenco dance and sampling some traditional Spanish treats such as chocolate con Churros!

They also visited El Albaicín (a historical part of Granada) which is located in the old Moorish quarter of the city. From here there witnessed the dramatic views of the Alhambra and its famous rose gardens.

It was a very successful and beneficial trip for all our students.
