We have vacancies for experienced sessional tutors in the following subjects for our Adult Learning provision:
AAT Level 2 Tutor: Must have taught AAT before and possess an Assessors qualification. A tutor is required for one evening a week from September 2014 for the academic year.
AAT level 2 and / or AAT Level 3 tutor (Association of Accounting Technicians)
We are looking to recruit an experienced tutor to deliver AAT level 2 and, or possibly AAT level 3, from September 2014 for the academic year. We will be offering AAT level 2 one evening per week (6pm – 9pm), and AAT level 3 two evenings per week (6pm – 9pm). Candidates must have taught AAT before and also hold an Assessor qualification. English: We are seeking an experienced teacher of English Functional Skills for daytime and possibly evening teaching at the College or in the local community.
Guitar Tutor: Due to high demand on our Guitar courses, we are seeking an additional tutor for Guitar classes in the evening. Experienced musician with experience of tuition or teaching required.
Life Coach Tutor: We are looking for a qualified Life Coach with experience of teaching groups of adults for our evening class provision from September 2014.
Mosaic Making: Proven experience and skills in mosaic making and having taught small groups. This is for an evening class from 7pm – 9pm.
Pilates: An evening tutor required for a 5.45pm - 6.45pm session on a Wednesday. Must have proven experience of teaching Pilates.
SAGE (Computerised Accounts) Tutor: An experienced SAGE tutor is required for September 2014 provision. Must have previous experience of teaching SAGE. Opportunities to teach SAGE Levels 1, 2 and 3 on our evening class programme.
Standby ESOL Tutors and Assessors: This is for occassional evening and daytime work. Applicants should have a CELTA/TEFL/DTEELS qualification. An Assessor award is also desirable.
